We are pleased to announce a program specifically designed to enable Regional Extension Centers (RECs) to assist their Eligible Professionals (EPs) to meet specific Core Set and Menu Set criteria for Stage 1 Meaningful Use (MU) in a secure and HIPAA compliant environment. InteHealth solutions are delivered in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, with no hardware or software installed at your location. Our implementation methodology consists of remote tools eliminating the requirement of InteHealth resources on site to install network connectivity and/or applications. InteHealth is offering a fast track program to provide your physicians’ with the ability to meet the Stage 1 Core Set and Menu Set Meaningful Use criteria for:

$11.99 per year per EP, for each MU Criterion Solution listed below.

Core Set Record Demographics, Maintain an up-to-date problem list of current and active diagnoses, Maintain an active medication list, Record and chart changes in vital signs, Record smoking status for patients 13 years or older, Report quality measures to CMS or the States, Provide patients with an electronic copy of their health information, Provide clinical summaries for patients for each office visit, Exchange clinical information among providers of care and patient authorized entities, Protect electronic health information.

Menu Set Incorporate clinical lab-test results into EHR technology as structured data, Generate lists of patients by specific condition, Send reminders to patients per patient preference for preventive/follow up care, Provide patients with timely access to their health information, Provide a summary of care record for transition of care settings, providers and referrals, Submit electronic data to immunization registries or Immunization Information Systems, Submit electronic syndromic surveillance data to public health agencies.

Our fees are subscription based and as such there are no one-time software license fees or other capital software expenses. Our annual fees include:

• Ongoing Maintenance
• New Versions
• New Releases
• Updates

There is a one-time implementation fee of $8,500 per REC regardless of the number of EPs that utilize this solution. This one-time fee includes:

• A Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection to our secure data center
• A Branded Portal with your REC’s logo prominently displayed
• Portal monitoring and reporting tools
• Remote implementation and web-based training

Interfaces from Information Systems (physician or hospital) are available at $3,900 per interface as well as a $72 monthly support fee for each interface.
