XLMD Rx provides the user with a view of patient medications through the course of their treatment, from admission to discharge and after the patient goes home. The XLMD Rx display combines all elements of the medication order (drug/IV, dose, route, frequency, indication, start/stop dates, ordering provider) in a logical and meaningful format, updated in real time. XLMD Rx also offers an entry form for the electronic capture of patient home medications, which can be used to better track and reconcile the patient’s medications during and after a health event. XLMD Rx provides the most current medications data to providers, improving care and communication across the healthcare team and ensuring patient safety.
